By enrolling in or accessing the AI 4 Real Estate System & Software (“System & Software”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Please read carefully before enrolling. By joining the System & Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not participate in or use our services.

1. System & Software Scope

The System & Software provided is designed to help real estate professionals improve lead generation, client acquisition, and overall business performance. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and you should consult licensed professionals in those areas if necessary.

2. Client Responsibility

We encourage you to carefully review and understand these Terms before enrolling in the services. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms.

3. Respectful Conduct

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for abusive, rude, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward our team. Any such behavior, as determined solely by our team, will possibly result in immediate termination of access to our System & Software.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI 4 Real Estate, and it's team members are not responsible for any business losses, client disputes, or other damages that may arise from your use of the System & Software. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as financial loss, missed opportunities, or reputational harm.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Non-arbitrable matters will be handled exclusively in the state courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
